FAQ
Common questions.
- What if I disagree with the report?
- Reports are corrected for factual errors (wrong player, wrong game, wrong statistic). Professional judgments stand. We'll discuss any disagreement on the debrief call or during the 30-day follow-up window.
- Why are sales final?
- The evaluator's time is reserved as soon as film is confirmed usable, and the report is custom work. The only exceptions are a report not delivered on time, or film the evaluator cannot use and that the client cannot replace. See the refund policy for full detail.
- How reliable is a projected level for younger players?
- Less reliable on the current-level read — less film, bodies still changing — and the report says so plainly. The ceiling projection runs the other way: a longer runway raises what's reasonably reachable, as long as the named development areas get closed. The two-level framing holds both at once — lower confidence on today, more honest upside on tomorrow. Time is a real asset for a younger player, not just a caveat on the number.
- What film counts?
- At least two full-game films, viewable without a login (or with access instructions). Highlight reels may be included as supplementary material. The evaluation is based on the full games.
- Who sees my child's film and data, and how long is it kept?
- Only the evaluator. Clip highlights are hosted as unlisted YouTube videos linked from the report; the clips themselves are never shared or indexed. Player data and dispute evidence are kept for 18 months and then purged automatically, unless the family becomes an ongoing client.
- Why is the debrief call recorded?
- So there is an accurate record of what was discussed, for both the family and the evaluator. Recordings are stored privately with access limited to the evaluator.
- Is this a recruiting or placement service?
- No. This is an evaluation. It does not include contacting college coaches, promoting the player, or any promise of placement.
- How quickly will I hear back?
- Within one business day (Monday–Friday, Eastern Time, excluding US federal holidays). A reply may be an acknowledgment with a timeline rather than a full answer.
- I live outside the United States. Does that work?
- Yes. Clients can be anywhere in the world. We schedule the debrief call around your time zone; the intake form asks for it directly. Payments and reports are in USD.
